1940s  Small Glass   Silver  Rim  In red case    Tumbler

 our  under standing  is  this  glass   would of  been for a child  and  would of come with a napkin Holder     also   seen   ones that  are sterling silver ,we cannot   find any marks on  the silver  rim ,
when  using a magnet  to test the  silver   there was  no pull so its non magnetic  
also  doing the ice test   it melts  at a fast rate
